Building an online resource for service providers

The IBI project team has partnered with CAMH’s Information Management Group (IMG) and Portico Network to build an online resource that will help service providers select appropriate internet-based interventions for youth with substance use problems.

The resource will synthesize information collected through a comprehensive literature review on internet-based interventions, and offer details that service providers and youth identified as important during stakeholder consultations. When it becomes available later this year, the resource will be given a permanent home on the Portico Network website.

Before it goes live, service providers will have the opportunity in the coming months to provide feedback on a draft version of the online resource. Planning is already underway for a second round of consultations with stakeholders to ensure that the format and content of the resource will meet the needs of the intended audience.
