The Inaugural Canadian Healthcare Navigation Conference

Healthcare navigation is an approach to improve the integration of care for patients, their families, and/or care providers. The Canadian Healthcare Navigation Conference will be the first event of its kind in Canada with the aim to share best practices in navigation, lessons learned, and research findings.

The keynote speakers will be Harold P Freeman, M.D., Founder and President of the Harold P. Freeman Patient Navigation Institute in New York City, and Keli Anderson, President and CEO of FamilySmart in Vancouver, BC.
