The Blunt Truth: Useful tips about safer ways to use cannabis

Cannabis is one of the most frequently used substances among young people.

The Blunt Truth—a pocket-sized guide developed by youth for youth—provides evidence-based information on cannabis, using a conversational tone to explain the health and safety risks of cannabis and recommendations to reduce these risks.

It was developed by the Margaret and Wallace McCain Centre for Child, Youth & Family Mental Health’s Youth Engagement Initiative at CAMH. The resource is based on Canada's Lower-Risk Cannabis Use Guidelines (LRCUG), developed by the Canadian Research Initiative in Substance Misuse (CRISM).
