Our Partners

The work of the Cannabis Knowledge Exchange Hub team is guided by a cross-sectoral Champions Circle, composed of representatives from key sectors. Members play a key role ― they identify evidence needs, provide advice to the team, and act as representatives of their sectors.

They will advise the team on how to address inequity issues specific to their sectors. They will also engage system planners and policymakers at the provincial and national levels to inform policy change and, ultimately, reduce harms associated with cannabis use.

Membership of the Champions Circle includes:

  • Addictions and Mental Health Ontario
  • CAMH Institute for Mental Health Policy Research
  • Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction
  • Canadian Mental Health Association – Ontario Division
  • Canadian Students for Sensible Drug Policy
  • Mental Health Commission of Canada
  • National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws
  • Canadian Research Initiative in Substance Misuse – Ontario Node
  • Ontario Centre of Excellence for Child and Youth Mental Health
  • Ontario College of Family Physicians
  • Ontario Ministry of Health
  • Ontario Physical Health and Education Association
  • Public Health Ontario
  • Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario

This list of partners will continue to grow as other organizations join the project at different phases of the work.
