Person-centered design grounded in lived experience has the potential to effectively address many of the challenges of providing responsive, accessible services to effectively meet a range of mental health and substance use needs. This webinar will tell the stories of two initiatives that have leveraged the perspectives and expertise of those with lived experience to guide the design of mental health resources and supports that align the needs of service users to an appropriate and empowering systemic response.
