The COVID-19 pandemic has created never-before-seen challenges for health care providers around the world. Here in Ontario, service providers in mental health and addictions have had to adapt to new and ever-changing circumstances to meet the needs of their clients. While working remotely, many have evolved innovative practices and processes to overcome technological barriers and get Ontarians the care they need.
